Valentine's Cake Mix Puppy Chow

Ingredients
- 4 Cups Rice Chex cereal
- 8 Oz White Chocolate
- 2/3 Cups Rainbow sprinkles
- 1 Cup White or Funfetti cake mix
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- We will start by preparing our kitchen. Gathering bowls, spoons, and measuring our ingredients.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate with coconut oil.
- Pour melted chocolate over cereal. Gently stir, being careful not to crush the cereal bits.
- Once evenly coated, gently stir in sprinkles.
- Add cake mix and powdered sugar, gently shake until evenly coated.
- Add remaining sprinkles and/or candy bits.
