If you’re looking for a cookie that’s both classic and eye-catching, let me introduce you to these Oreo Blossom Cookies. These Oreo Blossom Cookies are basically a love letter in cookie form! The crispy exterior and sweet, creamy middle are guaranteed to steal the show this Valentine’s Day season!

Since a young age, I have always LOVED Oreo cookies. I mean, what’s not to love? They are crunchy, rich and delicious. SO why not take a classic cookie and create something magical? These Oreo Blossom Cookies use the base of my Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies (which are a must try, if you have not already) but have multiple fun twists intertwined, with the crunch Oreo cookies and the delicious cookies and cream candy center.
Inspired by traditional blossom cookies, this version swaps in crushed Oreos for an extra layer of chocolate flavor and texture. The cookie base bakes up soft and fudgy, while the cookies and cream candy on top melts slightly, creating that signature “blossom” look with a festive twist. It’s the perfect balance of chewy, creamy, and indulgent.
Before you dive into this recipe, be warned… these cookies are the kind of treat that disappears very fast… so you may want to make a double batch, just to cover your bases!
These cookies are perfect for Valentine’s parties, classroom treats, date nights, or homemade gifts. They’re easy to make, fun to decorate, and just fancy enough to feel special without a lot of extra effort. Sweet, playful, and full of cookies-and-cream goodness, these Oreo Blossom Cookies are the ultimate Valentine’s Day treat.

Notes
For the best results, press the Oreo into the cookie right after baking, while the cookie is still warm. This helps the Oreo settle into place without sinking too far and keeps that classic blossom shape intact.
For best results, be sure not to overbake—these treats shine when the centers stay soft and creamy.
