This recipe first hit my recipe box back in 2020, during the heart of COVID. Thanks to the world shutting down, I found myself living walking distance from the (once bumping) Kansas City Plaza, where every restaurant, bar and storefront was officially shut down. for. months. So, naturally I did what most other young people did, I turned to social media (namely TikTok) to fill my days when I wasn’t actively studying or working. Oh, what a time to be alive. And one of my favorite things from this time frame? When these cake mix cookies went VIRAL!
