The full recipe is below. However, lets walk through the steps to ensure that you get the perfect outcome every single time.
Start by preparing the kitchen and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Set oven to 350 Degrees F.
Melt your butter in a microwave safe bowl and allow to cool slightly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
Fold in the white chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
6. Scoop the dough into tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
